Comprehensive Ecological Plans

A comprehensive Ecological Management Plan was developed by EcoMedic for Penetanguishene Mental Health Centre.

This report assesses existing ecological conditions
and recommends ways to achieve the following goals:

1. Create walking trails for recreation and education.
2. Develop an ecologically friendly and sustainable landscape.
3. Improve storm water management.
4. Maintain a view of the bay.
5. Discourage use by Canada geese.
6. Create wildlife habitat and linkages.
7. Engage the local community in the implementation of the plan.
8. Reduce maintenance costs.
